HOOKSETT — A Massachusetts resident faces charges of driving while intoxicated and reckless driving after a single-car rollover accident on Interstate 93 on Saturday evening, New Hampshire State Police said.
Police said Jonathan Fiore, 50, of Bolton, Mass., was thrown from his 2007 Honda Civic in the crash, which took place on the northbound lanes about 5:30 p.m. Friday.
The car was traveling at a high rate of speed in a passing lane when the driver lost control, police said. The car struck a median guardrail before rolling over and coming to rest in the right two lanes of the highway. The lanes were closed for about an hour after the wreck.
Anyone who saw the accident should call state police at 603-223-8530.
