On Monday, Nov. 11, the Pinkerton Academy Class of 2026 hosted the annual Veterans Day Breakfast. This event is free for veterans and their families and dates back to November of 1994.

The Air Force Junior ROTC was on hand for the presentation of colors and the Chamber Singers performed the national anthem. Members of the Class of 2026 and Head of School Timothy Powers gave speeches thanking those present, and all veterans, for their service.

“Being able to host the Veterans Day Breakfast has become very special to me and my fellow officers,” said Class of 2026 Social Coordinator Lilliana Cunha. “Building conversations with the veterans and seeing their smiles as we welcome them in, feels like an honor. This whole event has become something more than a just breakfast, but a ceremony to honor those who served our country and protect our community.”
