NOTICE OF PECUNIARY BENEFIT TRANSACTION PURSUANT TO RSA 7:19-a Pursuant to the requirements of RSA 7:19-a, II(d), notice is hereby given relative to a pecuniary benefits transaction which exceed $5,000.00 between Ducks on the Pond Realty, Inc., ("Ducks"), a voluntary corporation in Kingston, New Hampshire, and New Creation Healing Center, Inc., ("NCHC"), a voluntary corporation in Kingston, New Hampshire, and whereby Mark A. Pearson was a director of both Ducks and NCHC in 2024 and who was elected to serve as a director for 2025, and a family member was a director of NCHC in 2024 and who was elected to serve as a director for 2025. These transactions and their resulting pecuniary benefits are listed below. In each case, Ducks received a pecuniary benefit in the form of rental payments pursuant to a lease agreement with NCHC. 2025 Rental Payment from NCHC will be $38,400.
