REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR AIRCRAFT LANDING FEE BILLING AND COLLECTIONS SERVICES MANCHESTER-BOSTON REGIONAL AIRPORT Solicitation No.: FY25-805-21 The City of Manchester, New Hampshire acting by and through its Department of Aviation (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), being a duly and lawfully constituted municipal corporation owning and operating the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, (the "Airport") located in the city of Manchester and town of Londonderry, New Hampshire hereby solicits proposals for Aircraft Landing Fee Billing and Collection Services (each a "Proposal"). The City will accept and review Proposals from qualified vendors (each a "Respondent") and award the successful Respondent(s) with a professional services agreement for a fixed term of three (3) years with two (2), two (2) year options.
