NOTICE OF PECUNIARY BENEFIT TRANSACTION PURSUANT TO RSA 7:19-a Pursuant to the requirements of RSA 7:19-a, II(d), notice is hereby given relative to a pecuniary benefits transaction which exceed $5,000.00 between New Creation Healing Center, Inc. ("NCHC"), a voluntary corporation in Kingston, New Hampshire, and an elected board member of the Board of Directors of NCHC in 2024 and who was elected to serve as a director for 2025. This transaction and its resulting pecuniary benefit is listed below.
