The Black Heritage Trail of New Hampshire (BHTNH) is honored to announce it has been awarded a New Hampshire Humanities Community Grant to support its 2025 Elinor Williams Hooker Tea Talk Series. This popular community dialogue series takes place every Sunday in February at 2 p.m. at the Portsmouth Public Library.

The 2025 series, themed “The Art of War: Conflict and African American Philosophy,” takes inspiration from Sun Tzu’s timeless classic and explores a holistic approach to navigating conflict and achieving victory in war and life.
